Learning Power, the flagship educational program by Georgia Power, revolutionizes classrooms with captivating lessons on energy and energy efficiency. It challenges students to rethink energy and the environment while fostering awareness of careers in the energy sector. Since its inception in 2011, Learning Power has impacted over 750,000 students across Georgia. Aligned with the Georgia Standards of Excellence in Science and Mathematics, interactive labs and innovative classroom activities enhance STEM learning and career exploration.

Education Coordinators provide hands-on STEM-based lessons on energy and energy efficiency from Pre-K through high school. The Learning Power initiative aims to enhance students' academic performance, educate them on energy efficiency both at school and home, and promote awareness of careers in the energy field. This collaboration with Georgia educators establishes engaging personal connections with science and mathematics. The programs, lesson plans, and activities are offered free of charge to teachers and schools.
